She is known for her creative style, strategic advice, and depth of understanding within the restaurant sector. Camilla has extensive experience delivering F&B projects nationwide and is passionate about gastronomy and the impact hospitality and leisure have on bringing places to life.
Camilla was included on the Code Hospitality Women of the Year 2024 list and shortlisted in the ‘Innovator of the Year’ category. Through her approach and experience of delivering F&B destinations she is a a tastemaker in the hospitality sector and is a frequent contributor to both hospitality and property journals.

Henry joined Distrkt in 2023 after a successful 15 year career at Shelley Sandzer where he specialised on city centre instructions including Trinity Leeds and Princesshay in Exeter.
Henry understands that achieving the right balance of leisure, F&B and retail is crucial for the success and overall appeal of city centre schemes.
In his role at Distrkt, Henry's vast experience and expertise will see him helping in the growth of the Manchester office and continuing to expand the company nationwide.
Leasing Director
Rebecca joined Distrkt in 2019 with an excitement for the restaurant and leisure industry.
Since joining the team as a Hospitality Property Agent, Rebecca has worked on the leasing of some of the most anticipated development projects in the market, including Borough Yards where she has facilitated deals to Brother Marcus, Akara, Longboys, and Eat Momo.
She has also worked on prestigious Central London Estates and completed restaurant lettings to the critically acclaimed Tendril for The Crown Estate, and Mildreds, Bar Crispin, Imad’s Syrian Kitchen and Fatto a Mano for Shaftesbury Capital.
Rebecca has an interest in how F&B is being improved in London’s best loved cultural spaces and is currently working on the repositioning of the restaurants in Somerset House and Serpentine North Gallery, Kensington Gardens.
