Future Plate is the most recent addition to Somerset House, occupying the large test kitchen on the lower ground floor of London’s home of cultural innovators. They are the UK’s largest collective of African and Caribbean chefs, and are renowned for their luxury catering in the arts and culture sector. At Somerset House, Future Plate have a collaborative space and test kitchen for their creative recipe exploration, as well as a chef academy.
