Borough Market

We have been working with Borough Market for 4 years on their strategy to attract London's best restaurants, and are so proud of our work and the diverse range of cuisines and operators that we have brought to Borough Market, a portfolio that attracts nearly 22 million visitors a year. With Christmas fast approaching, Borough Market is looking its best, embellished festive decorations, so what better time to talk about our work and recent openings in the area.

Oma & Agora
The Greek inspired sibling restaurants are by Manteca's David Carter. On the ground floor is Agora, meaning market in Greek and is inspired by the streets and markets of Athens and is designed to be an extension of the bustling Borough Market. On the first floor sits OMA, a more refined Greek concept in a serine ambience which Giles Coren has called 'a slam-dunk for the best restaurant of the year so far'.

Camille
An intimate bistro-style dining space serving simple, seasonal French-inflected food. From the masterminds behind Ducksoup in Soho and Little Duck in Hackney, Clare Lattin and Tom Hill latest venture has been labelled as 'utterly intoxicating'.

Kolae
Sitting within Neal's Yard Dairy's derelict horse stables is Kolae, a Southern Thai concept from Mark Dobbie and Andy Oliver, the team behind esteemed Som Saa. They have used the stable architecture to create an enlivened and inviting entrance into their cosy and popular menu, which has been hailed 'about as authentically brilliant as it gets' by Jimi Famurewa.

Rambutan
Cynthia Shanmugalingam's debut restaurant, a Sri Lankan concept with a playful and delicious menu cooked over an open fire for all to see. Tim Hayward has claimed that 'the food is so good it heals wounds'!

Whisk
A new concept by Jenki, London's most loved matcha cafe. Whisk will take matcha lovers on a journey and is a more theatrical and educational than Jenki's original concept.

Mallow
This bespoke concept has been delivered from the team behind Mildreds. With sustainability at their core, Mallow offers a 100% plant-based, low waste menu. Mallow are the first full plant-based restaurant to open in Borough Market.
